Senzamare IGT Toscana Vermentino

Made with Vermentino, a grape that is typically grown on the coast, here it finds itself far from the water, hence Senzamare. Thanks to spontaneous fermentation and aging in steel tanks, all the essence of our terroir in the glass. Wildflowers, apple and grapefruit accompany a dynamic and slender drink, punctuated by a well-dosed acidity and completed by a subtle iodized appeal.

Try it with: Tuscan ham, seafood first courses, tagliatelle with black cabbage pesto
