A rosé with the delicate color of the Guardabuoi heron.
Obtained from a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot vinified in white, it is a rosé that winks at Provence for cleanliness, color and brilliance. Immediate and inviting, it opens on notes of dog rose, small red fruits and face powder. In the mouth, it is savory, fresh and well articulated, with a strong gastronomic vocation
