Il Passito di Ulla

A sweet wine made especially for Ulla.
A broad and layered bouquet, with notes of cherries in alcohol and dehydrated plum, liquorice and coffee, withered flowers and sweet spices. At the sip it gives all the gluttony and enveloping Merlot, with a residual sugar well balanced by freshness, flavour and a very slight tannic friction. Very persistent finish in the mouth, where notes of blood orange and cocoa peep out.

 Blackberry tart, chocolate cake, blue cheeses and in front of a cosy fireplace
