Maxi’s Bubbles Sparkling Rosè

The bubbles play on the palate like little Maxi, a wine made with his name.
Dressed in an elegant antique gold color, a classic method that smells of spring, with primrose and broom peeping through the notes of Mediterranean shrubs. The bottle fermentation obtained with the addition of dried grape must, enriches it with hints of ripe pear and yeast. On the palate, it is gentle and slender, with fine perlage and a marked sapidity that lengthens the wine.
