In tribute to the father’s preference, Babbo is how we affectionately call our father in Tuscany.
Produced with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, “Babbo Edition” is a wine of great pleasure and balance. Bright ruby red in color, it opens on notes of red fruit and sweet spices, with smooth tannins from two years of aging in oak barrels and the characteristic freshness of our territory.

Variety: Merlot and Cabernet Sauv.

 Pasta with meat sauce, stewed red meat, medium-aged cheeses
